REMOVING GALLSTONES NATURALLY!!
I have heard a lot about this method of removing gall stones since five years ago. Then, I only shared with a few friends but I think most are just like myself…totally forgotten about it.
There was once when I was at a Chiropractic Clinic near the IVillage shopping mall, the nurse shared the same story of how gall stones can be removed naturally without the need to remove the bladder or gallstones through surgery. Amazing right?…. But that also I have forgotten too.
Today, I again received this message in my mailbox, and was asked to share this amazing way to recover from gall stones inflammations and removing them.
Ok! Lets look into the side effect of using this method?
Carefully study the foods that you are required to consume during this regimen? Are they harmful to your health? If this method won’t work, what will happen?
These are the following foods need to consume to remove the gallstones naturally:

Regimen:
1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice every day.
Or eat four or five apples, whichever you prefer.
Apple juice softens the gallstones.
During the five days, eat normally.
2. On the sixth day, take no dinner.
3. At 6 PM, take a teaspoon of Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) with a glass of warm water.
4. At 8 PM, repeat the same. Magnesium sulphate opens the gallbladder ducts.
5. At 10 PM, take half cup olive oil (or sesame oil) with half cup fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and drink it. The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage.
PS. 1cup=250ml, ? cup lemon juice=3 lemons (aprox.)
Now, I assumed you have gone through the contents, so have you conclude any of the above doubts?
First,
Apple juice, whether you blend them or buy ready bottled is good to our health. Fresh apples, need to specify some more!
Second,
Epsom salt, when you make a search on this product, many are introduced for external used. Don’t worry, literally it can be consume too. As we don’t need to consume that much of salt daily, so to make the most out of this beautiful natural product is to used externally. I used to dipped my feet into a pail of hot Epsom salt water for health purpose thrice a week. If it has side effect, I may have intoxicate already.
Third,
Olive oil! The beneficial health effects of olive oil are due to both its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and its high content of antioxidative substances. Studies have shown that olive oil offers protection against heart disease by controlling LDL (“bad”) cholesterol levels while raising HDL (the “good” cholesterol) levels. (1-3) No other naturally produced oil has as large an amount of monounsaturated as olive oil -mainly oleic acid.
Olive oil is very well tolerated by the stomach. In fact, olive oil’s protective function has a beneficial effect on ulcers and gastritis. Olive oil activates the secretion of bile and pancreatic hormones much more naturally than prescribed drugs. Consequently, it lowers the incidence of gallstone formation.
Fourth,
Lime Juice! A glass of iced lime juice not only quenched your thirst on a hot day but also gave you the much needed vitamin C.
Still a little skeptical…You can ‘Google’ Dr Lai Chiu-Nan for more.
The only disadvantage is for those that have severe gastric problems, this may not be suitable as may cause discomfort when consuming the apple juice consecutively for 5 days.

I have been diagnosed with fatty infriltration of the liver.
